Seega, kuidas oleks ühe kiire tiiruga Dresdenisse?

Asukoht:
Dresden, Saksamaa

Reisi kestvus:
1 päev

Sihtkohta reisimine:
*Euroline bussiga Usti nad Labemist Dresdenisse.
*Pluss: Bussisõit kestis umbes 1 tund ning pilet maksis sinna umbes 6€ ots.
PS! ISIC kaardiga saab piletid veidi sootsamalt kätte!

*Vaatamisväärsuste osa on küllaltki kompaktne, jalutades näeb põhilised kohad ära.
*II MS ajal langes Dresden pommitamise ohvriks, seega on paljud ilusad majad hävinenud ning osad neist uuesti üles ehitatud.

Majutus:

Dresdenis on imeilus vanalinn, kus mind päris mitu ehitist sõnatuks võtsid. Üldse on see kant kuidagi eriti tuus!

Cheers!

A couple of weeks ago I visited Dresden, which is a town in Germany, not far from Czech Republic border. Although it was only a day trip Dresden showed me how beautiful can be one town in Germany.
So let's make a quick trip to Dresden!

Location:
Dresden, Germany

Duration of trip:
1 day

Travelling to destination:
*With Euroline bus from Usti nad Labem to Dresden.
*Plus: It took around 1 hour to go from Usti to Dresden and one way costed around 6€.
PS! With ISIC card there is a way to get tickets a bit cheaper! For sure take your ID-card or passport with you! The bus stop in Dresden is in city center, which isn't far away from the main sightseers or shopping center.
*Minus: The WIFI connection isn't good in some places in the bus, at least I think it depends of the place.

About local life:
*The sightseers area is quite small, so no need to take an extra transport.
*In II WW there was a big bombing, so a lot of houses were destroyed, some of them are rebuilt.

Accommodation:
As it was a one day trip, then I don't have any information about accommodation.

Sightseers:
Dresden has a beautiful old town, where some of the houses are just too pretty, to be real. For example I adored The Catholic Court Church, it was just so beautiful. Unfortunately the light and my poor skills of photography didn't let me to do enough pretty photos. I also liked Frauenkirche, which original were destroyed in 1945 when there was a bombing, but at least we can enjoy the new copy of it! In old town there is also an Opera House and The Procession of Princes wall. I warmly recommend to visit the Zwinger Palace, which is just amazing, I really enjoyed it's garden with a spring sun and piece of cake! Also there is not far away from the city center a cool hipster's area (Neustadt), where is a place called Kunsthofpassage which consist a house what makes a music in rainy days. How cool is that?

Place to eat:
As I mentioned then it is nice to have a lunch in the garden of Zwinger Palace, doese'nt matter is it your own food or a nice cake form the local cafe! For the dinner we chose a place which was in the hipster's hood, but ofc I forgot the name of the place, but don't worry, there are a lot of cool places in that area! And ofc as real tourists we also visited Starbucks.

Free time:
Besides to see the town I really wanted to go to shopping, because in Dresden there is a Primark and I needed a lot of things from there, which I obviously didn't get, so I bought some other useless (or actually pretty cool) things. The shopping center is pretty big, but I have no idea how many good shops there is, because I wasted all my free time in Primark. Also in Dresden there's a nice big park's, where is nice to walk or make picnics. I also believe that the night life is pretty good in there!
So, as always, the choice is yours!

And now enjoy the photos!
Cheers!
